Ordinary published evening and weekend slots do not incur a rush fee. Outside-hours service must be arranged directly. Fees are per notarization, not per page; a document may need more than one notarization.
Which documents need a quote?
Document preparation or drafting, powers of attorney requiring review, real-estate transactions, business agreements or resolutions, and unlisted documents are quoted individually. Routine signatures on complete affidavits, vehicle forms, school forms, medical consents and travel consents use the standard fee. If review reveals additional complexity, Waylon will explain and obtain your approval of a quote before work begins. Wills, trusts and estate-planning work are not offered.

Online in-person bookings are for the customer to come to the location shown in the confirmation. In limited circumstances, Waylon may agree to meet somewhere nearby—call or text before booking to ask.

Select a date first. The site will show only that day’s times and will mark any already-booked or blocked time as unavailable.
Before the appointment
- Do not sign the document before you are in Waylon’s presence.
- Bring the complete document and a current government-issued photo ID.
- Bring every signer who needs notarization.
- If witnesses are required, arrange for them to attend. Witness needs depend on the document; Waylon does not provide witnesses.
Appointment policy
Please arrive prepared.
I agree to pay the service price that Waylon Crooks quotes and I separately approve before the appointment. Any appointment/document-review fee payable if notarization cannot be completed must be separately stated in that quote and accepted by me in advance. Such an agreed fee may apply if I arrive without required ID, signers or witnesses, or with a document signed in advance that cannot lawfully be completed in its present form. I will not sign before Waylon instructs me in person. A prior signature does not automatically make every notarization invalid. No charge is due under this policy when Waylon cancels or cannot provide the agreed service for reasons attributable to him. This booking does not authorize a card charge or accept an undisclosed fee.
Standard prices appear before booking. Complex work is separately quoted. Pay Waylon Crooks directly by cash, check, Cash App, PayPal or Venmo; payment details are provided directly. Appointment details and preparation instructions are emailed automatically after booking.
